Media entrepreneurs Bhanu and Kavita Devgan have launched a web-enabled rolling photography competition that’s open throughout the year. They are inviting submissions from Indian photographers around the two themes of nature and travel, with several sub-categories under them (topical themes are also planned). The initiative seeks to encourage excellence in Indian photography. Competitors can submit pictures taken anywhere in the world for a fee; monthly winners qualify for the annual competition, apart from claiming cash and merchandise.
