Celebrating 15 years of Park Hyatt Goa, the hotel is hosting the sixth edition of the annual Cashew Trail between April 16-23. Partnered with Madam Rosa, Goa Tourism, Goan Culinary Club and Carpe Diem Gallery, the eight-day trail has a variety of things on offer. As April is the harvest time for the cashew, the multiple events will showcase the richness of the state and the fruit.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

Vintage Car Trail & Beachfront Brunch on April 16; 1,600 plus taxes for brunch at Palms. A group of vintage cars owners shall cover the route from Madame Rosa Cashew Farm in Tivim to the hotel and officially inaugurate the sixth edition of Cashew Trail over a delectable brunch with their families at Palms.

Art at the Park on April 17; by invitation only. Around 15 artists from Goa will exhibit their works in collaboration with Carpe Diem Art Gallery. The exhibition will remain for public viewing till April 22. The artists include Verodina Desousa, Ramdas Gadekar, Viraj Naik, Mohan Naik, Suhas Shilker, Norman Tagore, Raj Bhandare, Rajendra Usapkar, Girish Gujar, Nirupa Naik, Katharina Poggendorf Kakar, Nandini Raikar, Swapnesh Vaigankar, Veenita Chendvankar and Aadhi Vishal.

Culinary Challenge with Heirloom Recipes on April 18; by invitation only. Six vibrant home chefs will showcase their family recipes at an interactive cooking challenge in collaboration with the Goan Culinary Club at Casa Sarita.

Morning Aqua Yoga and Kids Cashew Carnival on April 19 by the fun pool; 600 plus taxes.

Spreading Smiles with the Families at The Farm on April 20

Park Hyatt Masters of Food and Wine-Portuguese-inspired Goan cuisine on April 21; 2,150 plus taxes per person

Feni Appreciation Afternoon on April 22; 750 plus taxes per person

Cashew Trail Brunch on April 23 at Magical Forest; 2,200 plus taxes per person
