Coming into effect soon, the new direct flights and additional frequencies will be fully functional by July 1, 2018.
“Effective July 1, the airline is all set to introduce new direct flights on Pune-Patna, Chennai-Rajahmundry, Hyderabad-Calicut and Bengaluru-Tuticorin sectors… Additionally, SpiceJet will also enhance its operations on Delhi-Patna (second frequency), Bengaluru-Rajahmundry (second frequency) and Mumbai-Bengaluru (fifth frequency) sectors with non-stop additional frequencies,” the airline said a statement.
With direct and connecting flights to the smaller town and non- commercial and non- metropolitan areas like Rajahmundry, Tuticorin and Calicut, SpiceJet promises to successfully reach out to the masses at large and make travel both easy and affordable. A host of other cities both on SpiceJet’s domestic as well as international network via multiple onward connections from key metros like Bengaluru, Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad can also be conveniently accessed now.
The new flights introduced on the Delhi-Patna, Mumbai-Bengaluru, and Chennai-Rajahmundry sectors would be operational daily, the airline stated, whereas the frequencies introduced on the Hyderabad-Calicut, Bengaluru-Tuticorin and Bengaluru-Rajahmundry routes would be operational on all days except Tuesdays. Patna-Pune will be operational on all days except Saturday.
