Summer’s here and with it came the bounty of seasonal fruits. Fio Cookhouse has turned this bounty into a sumptious selection of summer goodies. Their new summer menu is fresh with both savoury and sweet flavours. With a lot of summer fruits like watermelon, pineapples, mango, lychee and coconuts, Fio is calling their menu—Fresh at Fio. 
Go for some burrata cheese & water melon salad and jerk chicken supreme with pineapple plum glaze—a great kickstart. Dishes like thyme green mango chickpea risotto dumpling, roasted chicken with potato mint mash, and peri peri olive salsa make for a great main course. Also, treat yourself to their delicious selection of desserts like dark chocolate mango mousse and lychee-coconut sorbet.
