Currently Asia’s No.1 chef and No. 7 in the world as per the latest World Top 50 Restaurants rankings, Chef Gaggan Anand’s dynamic take on Indian cuisine has also earned his eponymous restaurant top honours in Asia’s Best Restaurants list for three years in a row.

This year he is all set for his four-city pop-up tour in India at Taj hotels in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru and Chennai. The tour will offer diners the rare chance to experience the chef’s  famous menu. Chef Gaggan and his team along with Taj chefs will combine their expertise to create an exclusive gastronomic experience. His tasting menu uses molecular gastronomy to bring out the best of Indian flavours and is set over multiple courses in a unique plating style. The bespoke 12-course menu will showcase each region’s ingredients, flavours and seasonality.
