Catch the ‘Peranakan World’ exhibition at Delhi’s National Museum (until April 5). In collaboration with the Peranakan Museum in Singapore, the exhibition commemorates the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between India and Singapore, and showcases the cross-cultural traditions of the Chinese traders who settled in Southeast Asia. Exhibits include the jewellery, clothes, utensils, embroidery and art of the Peranakan Chinese from the late-19th and early 20th centuries, as well as Chinese porcelain nyonyaware commissioned by Peranakan patrons. www.nationalmuseumindia.gov.in
