Premium class passengers on Air India’s select international flights from Delhi can now pre-order meals from a special menu. The ‘Order to Chef’ service can be availed by passengers flying the Delhi-Chicago, Delhi-New York and the three daily Delhi-London flights The national carrier has set up a dedicated cell in Delhi to take the orders; first and business class passengers, contacted by the staff prior to departure, can now select their meals from the existing menu The menu will be serviced by Air India’s in-flight catering partners, TajSats and Sky Gourmet. The menu largely offers a mix of Indian and continental cuisine.
