Among the finest examples of the pink bubbly blend concieved (50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay from the Champagne region), the sublime salmon hue is achieved by assemblage, the process of blending sparkling white with still Pinot Noir, picked from old-growth La Marne vineyards for Rosé Champagne.
