OT: Which is your favourite hotel in the world?

OT: When did you last stay there?
Shiv Khera: Very recently, while conducting a seven-day programme in New Delhi for corporate leaders at the end of 2014.
OT: Tell us more about the great service.
Shiv Khera: A hotel is best judged by the services it provides and the Radisson’s are excellent. The taste and quality of food served in every meal has been brilliant; however, my favourite is their Indian kitchen. Across the board, the courtesy extended by the staff seems genuine. They are well-mannered and well-trained and do their best to make the stay memorable. I have always been pleasantly surprised by their hospitality. They manage to make everyone feel welcome, whatever the guest profile.
OT: Which makes sense from a business perspective too, right?
Shiv Khera: I regularly conduct workshops at the hotel as I find participants also love the ambience. It manages to be comfortable as well as elegant. Also, it is right on NH8, which makes it easy to reach. Most importantly, they understand the needs of busy travellers and its proximity to the airport is another factor that makes it the best choice.
OT: Are you looking forward to visiting again?
Shiv Khera: I frequently stay at Radisson hotels and conduct all my workshops there. So yes, I always look forward to visiting the Radisson Blu Plaza!
