OT: Which is your favourite hotel in the world?
Jacqueline Fernandez: A hotel means different
OT: Tell us why you thought of the Four Seasons first.
Jacqueline Fernandez: Its location is spectacular. The blue waters extend till the horizon and add to the heavenly charm of the hotel. The outdoor living spaces almost bring the ocean within them.
OT: What else was noteworthy?
Jacqueline Fernandez: There is a palpable sense of discovery in the expansiveness of the property. The staff is just so courteous and go out of their way to make every guest feel special.
OT: Did you find the spa lacking compared to Ananda?
Jacqueline Fernandez: No! Their spa and wellness retreat is spread over around one hectare — and that is huge!
OT: And how does the dining compare to your favourite?
Jacqueline Fernandez: Ah, well, if you ever eat there, make sure you are hungry and even then you will have to loosen your belt! Chefs at their Fuego Grill will cook the freshest catch right at the beach. They can even organise a meal right in the middle of the ocean for you! All you need to do is sail the short distance from Landaa’s Fuego shore to a floating platform in the sparkling lagoon.
OT: Memorable meals?
Jacqueline Fernandez: I pigged out on their Creole baked fish, South Indian biryani and an array of freshly caught seafood and meats from the coconut-charcoal grill. The Maldivian lobster they make is also a must-try.
